Refreshing Toner

This toner based on a physiological pH formula thoroughly cleanses, tones up and refreshes dry skin, even if it is delicate and sensitive. It leaves the skin elastic, smooth and soft to the touch. It contains corn extract and d-panthenol which boost moisture levels and restore comfort to the skin.

Directions for use: Apply the toner onto the cleansed skin of the face and neck using a soaked cotton pad. Leave on until fully absorbed.
